AREPA “Distinguished Guest Speaker Event”

On September 25th, in the Executive Conference Hall on the 14th floor of No. 2 Manhattan Park Avenue, a special event “Distinguished Guest Speaker” was held by Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA). Enjoying a great welcome and delicious buffet reception, real estate lawyers, bankers, investors, developers, brokers… gathered together and looked forward to listening to the stories of NYC hotel industrial tycoon Mr. John Lam sharing his entrepreneurial miracles and business experiences.

Being the special speaker of “AREPA Distinguished Guest Speaker Event” , Mr. John Lam, Chairman of the Lam Group, pleasantly shared his 30 years of business experiences and successful stories with the audience. From the hard work of his early stage of entrepreneurship to the decision-making of development opportunities; from the use of capital fund to the competition with his opponents; from know nothing about hotel industry, to the development and management of many international brand hotels; his miracle successes of multiple milestones were amazed to all the audience. Many warm applause were given during the presentation. An Outstanding Achievement Award was presented Mr.John Lam at the event.
