Joann Lee
Managing Director of Operations
Joann oversees procurement and special projects for the Lam Group portfolio. She is responsible for supervising and coordinating with various vendors, designers, architects, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E). Joann plays an integral role in bringing together new hotels during opening. Prior to joining Lam Group in 2011, Joann owned a Fashion Manufacturing and Marketing business. Joann is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), with a degree in Production Management.
Keith Lam
Managing Director of Construction
Keith oversees design and construction activities for the Lam Group. He oversees day-to-day operations to ensure that projects are done on time and on budget. His constant communication with contractors and architects gives the Lam Group a strong network of relationships in the field.
Cindy Luk
Managing Director of Lam Group
Cindy is responsible for assisting with new hotel openings and ensures smooth and efficient operations within the hotels. She oversees the day to day operations of the Lam Group hotel portfolio. Prior to joining Lam Group, Cindy owned a Fashion Manufacturing and Marketing business for 20 years and attended from Baruch College.
Christina Lam
Managing Director of Lam Group
Christina is responsible for assisting with new hotel openings as well as overseeing the day to day operations of our hotels, including guest and employee satisfaction, recruitment, housekeeping, financial performance, sales and revenue generation. Prior to joining Lam Group, Christina owned and ran an apparel business for 20 years and attended Barnard College.
Joseph Yi
Vice President
Joseph, as Vice President, is involved in all facets of the group’s investment activities, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and capital markets. Joseph, as General Counsel, oversees the legal affairs for the group, including labor, employment, contracts and real estate transactions. With his understanding of the business and law background, Joseph is responsible for negotiating the structure of all major business transactions for the group.
Richard Tang
Director of Finance & Administration
Richard oversees all financial reporting and accounting functions at Lam Group. Richard brings with him knowledge and experience over the processes and functions of financial reporting from his career in public accounting. Through this experience he has played an integral role in establishing the necessary controls to ensure proper and effective reporting. Richard is a graduate of University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
Dianna Hwang
Corporate Controller
Dianna oversees property accountants for the Lam Group hotel portfolio. She manages training and development for all property accounting personnel. Dianna has experience analyzing portfolio metrics and building process flows in the mortgage loan servicing department for portfolio management, delinquency monitoring, workouts, modifications and asset management. Dianna received her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.
Diptesh Patel
Project Manager
Diptesh manages construction management of current and upcoming hotel development projects. He coordinates construction operations with architects, design consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and hotel franchise representatives. Diptesh has more than 18 years of construction management experience in India, Canada and US. He is a graduate of Gujarat University, India, with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Ken Lam
Project Manager & Owner’s Representative
Ken manages the construction progress and works with all trades of construction, which include architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors. He is responsible for architectural drafting, site coordination, quality control and hiring contractors. Ken also works on behalf the owners to oversee the budget, verify invoices and change orders. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute, with a degree in Architecture.
Julie Cho
Counsel
Julie assists in overseeing the legal affairs for the Lam Group, which includes matters pertaining to labor and employment, as well as all aspects of various real estate transactions. Prior to joining Lam Group, Julie prosecuted at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in a special victims unit. Julie received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University of Law.
Kino Song
EB-5 Marketing Manager
Kino oversees the EB-5 program at Lam Group. Her main focus is on promoting EB-5 projects Lam NYC EB-5 Fund Regional Center sponsors, as well as managing consultants and investor relations. She also provides analytical support in company’s acquisitions. Kino received her master’s degree from New York University.
